Custom Backgrounds - Amber Skin

I was wondering if anyone else has changed to another skin instead of OSMC default?
I like the Amber Skin on all my Kodi devices and have had no problems on my Crystalbuntu ATV1 devices. However, on OSMC latest build i can install and run Amber skin but when i add my custom backgrounds (which are located locally on atv 1 hd) and restart they resort back to default backgrounds.

Any ideas?

Are you on the latest version of OSMC?
