Is this to be expected on an old order? I’m not quite sure what the “Customer can get an upgrade offer here” is supposed to give us, but when I enter my order number and email address, I get this:

I got the same “Order does not exist” on Firefox (on Kubuntu). The form worked fine with Chrome, though.
Not been bothered enough to research this, but I’ve noticed several forms don’t work anymore with Firefox on my setup.
