I am trying to customize this view (make the images larger - for a 7" display):

I need some help finding the xml for this list.

Assuming you’re modifying the default OSMC skin for Krypton, it’s here. It uses the templates feature of the Skin Shortcuts script, so if you’re not familiar with that you might want to review the relevant docs here.
