Hi,
Yesterday OSMC asked me if I wanted to install the new update, I accepted but it failed to install. Everything started again. I wanted the new version to be installed so I connected with ssh and did
sudo apt-get update;sudo apt-get upgrade
and got this error in return :
sudo apt-get upgrade Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree Reading state information... Done Calculating upgrade... Done 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded. 2 not fully installed or removed. After this operation, 0 B of additional disk space will be used. Do you want to continue? [Y/n] y rbp2-kernel-osmc-2-osmcwhile processing:edosmc (--configure):-osmc:tatus 255 at /var/lib/dpkg/info/rbp2-image-4.3.3-2-osmc.postinst line 334...................................................................................................] Un E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1) osmc@osmc:~$
in the process I got some advice to do a :
sudo apt-get autoremove
Which l told me that I was running 4.3.3.1 version and removing it would be a critical error, so I didn’t.
doing :
sudo apt-get install -v
did not solve anything neither.
Would someone have a suggestion?
