Define default delay depending on resolution / codec

Hi,

sometimes there is a different sound-delay on some files after upgrading to a new version.
This delay seems to be depedant on the resolution. There is no deley on 720p / 1080p / 4k files, but 576p / 480p files have a delay of about 200ms. I use sound-passthrough.

If I switch back to an older version of OSMC the delay is gone for all files.
(BTW: same issue on libreelec)

So I would like to have a possibility to set a audio-delay for a group of files (eg only 576p/480p).
