Delete "Folders" in root folder /mnt

Dear Community,

i played around with FSTAB and managed to get my two shares mounted.
During my Try and Error I created some additional mounts which did not work.
I edited the /etc/fstab file and it contains only my 2 vital lines to mount 2 shares.

Still when using the Media and “Add Movies” and browsing on Root /mnt I do see my old and empty shares.

Rebooting the vero4k does not help.
Where is this information hidden?

cheers
Boris

Are you sure they’re not empty directories?

Hi Sam,

yes, when clicking twice i get into the folders, all empty.

So you need to remove the directories
OSMC won’t clean these for you

Sam

ok, could you give me a hint how to delete these folders using ssh. i am a noob and did “mess up” my system.

Boris

You haven’t messed it up at all.
You can leave it if unsure.

sudo rm -rf /path/to/delete.

Otherwise you can delete via Kodi File Manager I suspect.

@sam Thank you!
