I got the Vero 4k a few months back and I am starting to have a more and more frequent issue of my device randomly turning off. At first it was a few times a week, now it doesn’t last more than a few hours.
The behaviour isn’t consistent with it doing this while watching a show, in the menu or idling. It then requires me to fiddle with the power cable to get it booted up again (which in itself is proving more difficult to get it started again). I tried moving it to a different plug and adapter with no change in frequency.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Not sure what to do at this point beyond reverting back to the raspberry pi.
