I have a question about this (awful, I know 
) chipset.
I have tried the 2nd latest release (as this is currently the only one available for download . I understand that the currenrtrelease can take a few days to appear). The install go fine, up until I get to the OSMC setup screen where I select my language. I cannot use the Kore app, nor SSH into the device.
I assume Kodi addons are updating and this as caused the issues described here: Kernel Panic: DM9601 Fast Ethernet Adapter · Issue #1045 · raspberrypi/linux · GitHub
My question is, will you support this fix it all? I can use Rasbian okay but its not what I am after 
.
