They’re a rip off and Don’t expect any support, I put a ticket in 3 weeks ago because my box turned up with the wrong plug and he’s just ignored my ticket completely

Non UK plug received

Gareth, I was away on holiday for a few weeks and as this is not a standard order (needs manual intervention), I wasn’t able to action it yet. I was expecting to pick this up on Monday (I already picked up the ticket and noted it) I suggest you return this for a full refund if you’d prefer and feel that you’ve been ripped off. Otherwise I’m happy to ship a replacement on Monday for delivery on Wednesday. Do let me know. Cheers, Sam

If support is a concern, I’d say quite the opposite is true. Buy with confidence. I’ve always seen staff doing their best in order to solve people’s problems.
