DVB-T2/DVB-C TV inside Vero V

Hello everyone,

is it technically possible to install the DVB-T2/DVB-C TV dongle into the case of the Vero V (on the internal USB port) and lead it to the outside via a flat cable?

The internal USB port should already be occupied by a dongle (Bluetooth?), but I could use a USB splitter here.

It is important to me that the two external USB ports remain unoccupied and that the DVB option is permanently attached to the device (the dongle must not be removable). Hence the question.

Thank you very much for your feedback and suggestions.

Best regards
Dave

Not enough space and not enough heat management to put that receiver in there.

You would need to use a Hub which by itself takes space.

@fzinken
Thank you! I already thought so :frowning:
Is there any way to fix the dongle to the USB port (outside)? So that it can’t just be pulled off?

Super Glue?

If your requirement is to only secure the tuner you could use something like a HDHomerun which would put the tuner on the network instead of directly attached to the device which would allow you to physically locate it anywhere you can run an ethernet cable.
