Please post full logs and try a cold boot.

Sam

Hello Sam,

Thanks for the prompt reply.

I’ve done a cold boot, and I’ve also removed the DVB-T from USB hub and reconnected as this was a factor in the past when I had similar issues.

I also manually removed the adapter from the tvheadend but didn’t make any difference:
rm ~/.hts/tvheadend/input/linuxdvb/adapters/*

You can find full logs here:
https://paste.osmc.tv/penosupeza

Thanks

The adapter is recognized properly but when I try to tune or scan it just fails to find anything.

Thinking of giving a second go to the osmc DVB-T2 USB tuner, if that will definitely work in future updates.

I’ll buy it.

Thanks

Rocco

Same issue with your DVB-T2 Adapter.

This one comes up as Sony rather than panasonic but still fails to scan the muxes.

I’ll play with it more later, but it’s behaving just the same way.

it was all working fine before the last update.

Any Idea.

Nevermind this was one of those (let me check if the cable is still plugged in) moment

Working Thanks.

just found out though that the tv tuner doesn’t like wam reboots, if I warm reboot it without unplugging it from powered usb hum it comes back without detecting the sony adapters and I can’t use it.

I need to reboot vero and remove the tuner from the hub in order to make it come back upon reboot, my previous tv tuner didn’t have this problem.

Can you try connected via USB directly without hub and verify if this is still the case?

Sam

Plugging it directly to Vero fixes the issue,

Thanks

Getting mux scan failures again and I can’t tune on any of the existing channels that were working before.

I believe this has happened since the upgrade but not 100% sure, the timing seems to match but I can’t recall 100%

I have a proper OSMC DVB-T2 tuner, any idea?

Nothing has changed DVB side in this update, so can you please send us some logs?

Also worth checking the muxes haven’t changed in your local area

Sam
