since with vero, we have a solution to play the H265,
which the less expensive hardware solution is to encode?
(Which does not use the resources of a PC and except … build another MiniPC with a gtx 960 too expensive …)

The Vero 2 can encode H265 content in hardware, this would require an interface to amcodec which doesn’t exist at this time.
I would recommend not encoding in H265 for a while yet. By the time you encode your library (assuming it is large), the encoders will have improved further and you will likely need to re-encode again!

It isn’t planned as I don’t think there would be much demand for it.
You can use libx265 on PC, no idea how fast it will be to encode though. I am not sure if CUDA (nvidia) supports h265 encoding.
