Error installing rbp2-image-4.4.13-4-osmc June 2016 update

I tried to do the latest (June) update and got the above message. In the Logs it is complaining repeatedly about a symbolic link at /lib/modules/4.4.13-4-osmc/build but it can’t be read. It doesn’t exist, so can I manually recreate it?

To me it looks like a reinstall but before I do, I’d like to know if there’s a way around it. Rebuilding the database takes days… I’m running OSMC on a Pi-2 and it has been fine for years.

Thanks in advance

That’s not an error, but there is a problem which is almost resolved. We are just waiting for the mirrors to sync.

No reinstall necessary, see: Rpi3 apt-get dist-upgrade fails (temporary error, fixed with new kernel) - #2 by sam_nazarko

Thanks for the really quick response, Sam.
