So done a fresh install and now Running kernel 4.4.0-4
My rasp is running 4.4.16-4 so why is the Vero running an older Version ?

The Raspberry Pi is different hardware to the Vero. They are not expected to run the same kernel.
We don’t like to risk breaking things on Vero so we update the kernel only when there is a benefit to do so (driver improvements / support for new hardware) and things are stable.
