I’ve reinstalled OSMC and everything is running smoothly (even the wifi).
I’ve updated to November update with:
sudo apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade
and no more apt-get upgrade 
Lesson learned.
Here the logs: are you still seeing PSU issues?
