Did youth search this forum for the keyword error2? I’m certain this has all been addressed before.

Hi,

You will need to enable debug, reboot. Try connecting to shares on your current network setup. Disconnect from current network, connect to phones Internet and upload logs.

im back, searched the forum for the error2 and it was not helpful, i found the kodi passwords ( http://kodi.wiki/view/MySQL/Sync_other_parts_of_Kodi#Network_share_passwords ) but i am not sure how to do that, ive connected to my pi through SSH but it failing to produce a log for me, ive enabled debugging and rebooted, when i add the SMB server through osmc by “add network location” and i go to browse it gives me the “:smb//” option, when that is pressed it gives me “Operation is not allowed” i think it gave me “connection not available” once but i think my username was wrong

Sorry please clarify are you using password protected shares? Its not clear from previous posts.
