I want to purchase the Vero 4K+ to play multichannel FLAC files from my 4TB HDD, which is formatted as exFAT. Will this work?
Yes, OSMC supports both multichannel audio in FLAC format as well as exFAT formatted drives.
One slight thing to watch out for if you’re plugging an external drive into the Vero 4K is how it’s powered. If the drive has its own mains plug, you’ll be fine; but if it draws power from the USB socket then you may need to use a powered USB hub in between the drive and the Vero.
