Failed to install dependency after fresh install vero V

Hello, I had the same issue that was posted here Freezing/Crashing after last update - #10 by sam_nazarko

Hoping to fix it I did a fresh install just to find it was code issue regarding the wifi.

However now I’m unable to install any addon. I believe it has something to do with the official kodi repo. For example for one plugin the log says “failed to find dependency script.module.kodi-six

Likely just a temporary outage with the add-on mirror in your area.

I’d be surprised if you can’t install any add-on. If that’s the case, then I suggest going to Add-ons > My add-ons > Add-on repository > and selecting Check for Updates.

The kodi-six module is used for Python2 → 3 intepretation, but given Kodi has been using Python 3 as its interpreter for a long time now, I suspect you may be installing an old add-on that hasn’t been updated for some time.
