When I start OSMC it recognizes and mounts my external HD but when I go to the root directory my files do not appear. It showed all my movies the first time I hooked it up but since then it doesn’t show any of my files. I know the files are still on the HD because I checked on my laptop. I’m pretty new to all of this so if I’m missing something simple let me know. Thanks!
The drive will be mounted in /media.

Sorry if I didn’t make it clear but I am able to access my hard drive in /media but my files do not appear within the hard drive, but I know they are on there.
Sounds like a permissions issue on the files/folders on the drive then.
