First boot, language (welcome) screen, keyboard doesn't work can't proceed (Logitech Wireless USB)

Does your TV remote work to controll OSMC via CEC to overcome this screen?
Don’t you have any USB cable based keyboard in the house to do initlal setup?

Logitech wireless keyboard not working

I have Pi b+ setup to boot either Raspbian or OSMC. I am trying to use a Logitech wireless keyboard. If I boot Raspbian the wireless keyboard works just fine. If I boot OSMC the keyboard does not work. I figured I would check to see if OSMC even list the keyboard. After a little grief with rsa keys I was finally able to ssh into OSMC. I figured I could do a lsusb but it appears lsusb does not work. Any ideas where I go from here?
