Framerates and Resolutions

Im a LG OLED B6 owner here and not entirely sure what I should be setting my Vero 4K framerate and resolution to.

I had an issue when playing 4k movies they all appeared to play with a funny frame rate (not sure if this is called the soap opera effect?), only thing I can say is they appeared to look like a 60 FPS video clip, far too smooth and buttery.

Does anyone have any advice on what I should set Framerate to?

Enable Adjust Refresh Rate and leave the frame rate as is

what would you suggest frame rate is set to, 23.98?

Doesn’t seem to be the case to ignore interface resolutions and frame rates. See my findings here: Adjust Display Refresh Rate and Resolution not matching content in all expected cases
