Could you please provide fresh logs playing showing the video being played from a fstab share?

Also it may worth testing the network bandwidth with iperf3

ok let me update log quickly
for my bandwith, when i’m copying file between my computer and my NAS, the bitrate is average 30Mb/s

Hi,

We need an idea if the average bitrate between your nas and pi. In an ideal world you would be able to run Iperf from the nas, but I doubt this is the case. So assuming your nas is directly connected to your router, connect your laptop/computer (wired) and set this this as the iperf3 server. Then run iperf3 client from the pi.

ok I think i just find my mistake, i just need more test ton confirm but it seems that my master switch and my “video” switch are connected by RJ45 classic vs crossed one. I just connect my video switch to my box and everything seems to be better.
So tomorrow i’ll do more test to confirm it
