Frequent frame dropping/stuttering with particular movie

Hi Folks
Trying to play transformers last knight on the vero 4K to a 1080p display with frequent (every few seconds) missing/jumping frames.

I don’t think 4k in h.264 is able to be hardware decoded. 4k in h.265 is supported for hardware decode.

Judging from the filename this looks like an illegal copy.

Its h264 4k you’d need to encode that with HEVC (x265 ) and than vero will play it fine
