Just seen this article about google supporting android on rpi3.

We don’t know yet if it will be full Android or the IoT version (Brillo)

There are Android builds for Raspberry Pi already, but they’re not integrated with NOOBS, which could be a nice feature in the future.

Thought i read somewhere that there was a plan for full on Android but time will tell not really sure how useful running Android on a limited device like the Pi is.
