Some time ago, my Vero 4K+ after waking would show OSMC in green tones only. At first I thought it to be a bad HDMI connection or cable, but it was consistently ONLY after a wake (and not always), AND also a reboot (without touching the connections) would ALWAYS solve it (which means it has nothing to do with cables or connections right?). No other device connected to the TV suffers the same.
I now have the Vero V and it is showing the exact same behaviour.
I see in the forums that after autumn '22 updates people started complaing of green screens while playing content, but this is not my case, it only happens to OSMC menu screens after wake without playing content. It might be that my issue did start around the same time though.
To get a better understanding of the problem you are experiencing we need more information from you. The best way to get this information is for you to upload logs that demonstrate your problem. You can learn more about how to submit a useful support request here.
Depending on the used skin you have to set the settings-level to standard or higher, in summary:

enable debug logging at settings->system->logging

reboot the OSMC device twice(!)

reproduce the issue

upload the log set (all configs and logs!) either using the Log Uploader
method within the My OSMC menu in the GUI or the ssh
method invoking command grab-logs -A
