My RPi worked with HDMI-CEC (worked with RC of TV). After today’s update, it stopped working. How to re-enable? From TV side the device is not found.
We haven’t changed anything CEC related in this update. I suggest powering everything off for a few minutes and trying again

Is there option to enable CEC or something from command line? Is it always active by default?
Yes. Just remove power from the connected devices for a few minutes and they should reset.
CEC is OK now, after I disconnected the TV from AC socket. Turning off and disconnecting the RPi and TV off (standby) was not enough.
