HDMI monitors and TV says NO SIGNAL

I have reinstalled OSMC_TGT_rbp2_20200402 on Raspberry Pi 2 but HDMI reports no signal I have I tried the same problem on TV and PC monitor I have also tried three different HDMI cables nothing helped

Why do you have all the performance settings in config.txt if it is a “reinstall”?

even with standard settings does not work same problem

Did you try Raspbian to exclude that it is a hardware issue?

That’s indicate that you have a hardware (or cable) problem. If both operating system don’t give a picture. You can try to force HDMI (hotplug/mode), see for details.
