[HELP NEEDED] Translating OSMC in to other languages

Would it be possible to allow users to reject suggestions? Someone has made some suggestions for strings that should remain untranslated. I can only accept the suggestions then afterwards remove them. That doesn’t seem to be a very clean way of doing this. Or I could leave those suggestions as-is indefinitely of course :wink:

The permission to delete suggestions was missing from the role of reviewer. It should now work :+1:t2:

@Chillbo I logged in after a while to check if something new to translate was necessary and my account on weblate has limited privileges and I cannot update the translation.

From what I can see, permissions are correct for your account (reviewer and translator for Italian) translator-28@contribute-osmc.com (which has the last registered log-in on Nov. 28, 2021) :thinking:

You’ve somehow managed to create a new account under translator-29@osmc.tv that has absolutely no permissions and isn’t the account we’ve setup for you :see_no_evil:

I’m translator29 since October…

But in the GitHub commits I’m translator28…

I logged in with translator28 and I have both email in the account

I’m not sure what happened there, but translator-29 and especially the account email is not the right format. You’re translator-28 with your nickname and forwarding to the personal email address we received. With that account you have full access permissions to the Italian language section. :+1:t2:

After some time I’m wondering whether everyone’s access to our WebLate is functional as we’ve not seen any translation activity for quite some time… There have been additional strings or changed strings that need translating and a lot of our languages are not yet complete. How is everyone doing? :slight_smile:
