Not sure this is still an issue, but I got the U2 to work with Vero V using bluetooth keyboard setting in the U2 options.
Had to map the menu button to App
Home to Home1
Info (i) button to i
OK to Enter
and I assigned the channel up/down buttons to Pageup/down just because…
Arrows , power, volume, mute , play, pause, FF RW etc all just worked.
