When I try to watch tv on the TV tab or the HDhomerun App it will play for a few min then get the frowny face. this is happening on all my pi PI OSMC boxes. here is the log Thanks For the help.

You seems to run out of memory. Maybe try to reduce your buffer settings.

I changed it to 104857600 and it worked a little longer. I will play with it some more. Thank you!
