How can I use my RPI for mirroring? (if it can)

Hello all
I have a NAS (LaCie) where I store my files managed by OSMC on which is attached an USB drive (same capacity) and I’ld like to use my RPI to back up the content (mirror) from the source (NAS) to the USB disk.
Do you have an idea?
