How to cancel an order in the shop?

I misclicked big time and made 2 wrong orders, one with the wrong address, one with twice the items I actually wanted. How can I cancel those orders? if you have already paid.

Haven’t seen an email come through yet, but we should be able to resolve this provided you get in touch before we dispatch tomorrow.
