thank you for your answer can i ask for a details like is it a secure connection and it doesnt need internet connection just wifi to transfer the files and can i set user name and password i mean an account and set permissions for each account thank you again for your answer

Hi,

You will need an Internet connection, while you are setting it up; so it download anyway packages and dependacies, after that it will work fine over the wifi; no Internet required.

Yes you can set users, permissions with samba shares.
