how i can play audio book files from itunes in .4mb extensions?
We believe this is a Kodi issue or a specific Kodi function and as such you should look at addressing the issue there. We are unable to resolve your issue. If you do believe that this is an OSMC specific issue, please let us know.
Maybe someone can explain this with a better knowledge of English.
I have a. m4b extension and would like to play it with OSMC. When I add the folder with the files, no content is displayed.
If this is a Kodi problem, should I post it directly in the Kodi forum?
Well I first of all would not call it an “problem” but more of a feature request to support m4b files. And yes for any support of a new file format Kodi Forum is the best place to ask/search.
I did a quick search and have to say it doesn’t look good, you can add them via advancedsettings.xml but they would just be played as any music file (no enhanced features).

That’s a pity.
I probably won’t be the first to want to listen to audio books on Kodi.
So I don’t think my objection will do anything. But I’ll try the Kodi forum.
Still OSMC doesnt develop kodi it includes Kodi and modifies it so any huge feature to Kodi should be requested at Kodi forums.
