How can I remove a document that was uploaded to the OSMC pastebin?

I’m unsure, but i know it’s autodeleted after 14 days unless flagged differently.

You can PM me the URL and it can be deleted.

Otherwise if you don’t share the URL it’s difficult to access and will be automatically deleted.
