I do not seem to het into my Vero
Connection refused see copy of my terminal from my mac book air

Are you 100% sure 10.0.1.17 is the vero and you have not installed some firewall on it? “Connection refused” means someone listens on port 22 and actively refuses your connection
yes the ip is correct and showing in my vero systems settings/network
I did not know that there is a firewall setting on the vero nor where to find it
Check in services in OSMC settings and make sure it says SSH server running.
Thanks,got in.SSH Server was not enabled.What is the default password please?
