How to use Full RGB Range? (RPi3)

Hello,

I just finished installing the latest build of RPi 3B+.
On Leia we had to edit the config.txt file to get Full RGB range.
How do I get full RGB Range on Matrix ?
I’ve read stuff about editing EDID data but idk where to begin.

Update: I changed my PC Monitor to Limited RGB Range but it looks the same as Full RGB on Kodi Leia.
I’m confused lol
