I cannot neither update nor reinstall my Vero 4k

It’s annoying, I need help to solve that.
I read every single post about this issue, and tried hotfix. Nothing works.
I got this message “Connectivity issue while checking for updates…”

I have downloaded the last osmc img file from this web to an empty usb, booted vero with usb plugged, and nothing happens.

Did you use the OSMC installer or just drag the image file on to a USB? The latter won’t work.

Just dragged the file into USB. Didn’t know about that tool.
