"In progress" not updated

Hello,

I’m not sure if that comes from last update, I think it was present before.
The “in progress” in default skin is not updated, I tried to change the skins and coming back to default one I got a message saying I shall upload the log: https://paste.osmc.tv/alurifahup

Do you see anything that might be the rootcause here ?

That is only a Kernel log, we need all logs ideally with debugging enabled (see below).
Also maybe take a picture what you mean with “in progress” you mean Movies that are “in progress”?

To get a better understanding of the problem you are experiencing we need more information from you. The best way to get this information is for you to upload logs that demonstrate your problem. You can learn more about how to submit a useful support request here.

Depending on the used skin you have to set the settings-level to standard or higher, in summary:

  • enable debug logging at settings->system->logging

  • reboot the OSMC device twice(!)

  • reproduce the issue

  • upload the log set (all configs and logs!) either using the Log Uploader method within the My OSMC menu in the GUI or the ssh method invoking command grab-logs -A

  • publish the provided URL from the log set upload, here

Thanks for your reply and sorry for the lack of information, you are correct on the “in progress” fields, TV shows and movies.

During each both boot I got a sad smiley, don’t know if it’s normal… shall not right ?

If I use the website thourgh my Vero IP I can see the right status for “in progress”, it looks connected to a build process (btw I got this when I swap skins, this shold be present in the log).
