I’m getting the same issue.
Tried the Windows installer to SD Card and USB.
Tried Win32 Disk Imager.
I have a 32gb sdcard.
Tried another 32gb sdcard, same process and it worked? Strange thing is that I’ve had other distributions on this problematic sdcard without problem.
