Installed Kodi Version / Update to a new build

Hi!

Is the installed Kodi 17.2 an optimized Version for the Vero 4k or is it possible to install a new build when it´s released by the Kodi Team, e.g. 17.3? Exist a kb or wiki entry for the installation steps and the build i have to select from the kodi website? i´m a total linux noob…

Update: When OSMC stable is released it will be based on 18.1. The Nightly builds are now at 18.2RC1 so in order to avoid confusion its time to bump the nightly releases to 18.8 This requires that you update your sources.list and point to gmc-19.
