Just to let you know, there is an installer issue when going through the installer on Win8.1 x64. I’ve included a screenshot.
Other than that, the install worked without issue.

One thing, is it possible that you got this behaviour after clicking a next/back button quickly more than once? (if so, then I my potential fix is in the right area)
Yes, I had went back and forth a couple of times.
This should be fixed now. Can you re-download the installer and try again?
Looks like you nailed it. No graphic issues during the install and going back and forth between screens.
