Will OSMC only support ARM? Or eventually support Intel? I remember LinXBMC suggested NUC support would be possible.
I have a v1 Raspberry Pi and a Celeron NUC. Not really happy with RPi1 speed. Not really happy with NUC’s lack of HDMI CEC. But GUI speed of NUC is good, as is dual-boot or multiple user with desktop Debian/Ubuntu.
Pi2 should have no comparison with NUC. They are in 2 completely different leagues and pi2 performance will never match it… NUC support is coming but there is no time table available at this point…
Thanks @ActionA. I am fairly happy with Ubuntu distro Kodi with tweaks, but RaspBMC on Pi is vastly more integrated with the device, so I am looking forward to OSMC on NUC for speed and integration.
