IPTV Live Streams error in Vero4k/Vero4k+

Hello
I have two Veros, one 4k and one 4k+ and have recently experienced that streams that I watch via IPTV Simple Client does cut off. Not all streams does this but some, and naturally the ones I view the most (Murphy’s gawdam Law ;)) I have at least 3 other platforms which I use the same IPTV source on and they never cut off. Perhaps its an issue with the IPTV Simple Client but I cant find anything online about this issue. Could someone that understands the log perhaps give me a good explanation or ideally a remedy?

Here are the logs when it happens

Any help much appreciated.

Hi,

This are not full debug logs, please follow these instructions:

But I’m guessing some of these streams may be causing the GPU to stall, Do they playback ok, if you disable hardware acceleration - amcodec?

Thanks Tom.

Hello

Thanks for the answer. I tried to grab the complete logs with the grab-logs -A -C but that one is littered with my account info so I just started the debugging and then tailed the kodi.log when the error happens (which is every time I start the stream, within minutes). I dont see how I can upload the complete logs without giving my personal account info up.
I did disable the hardware acceleration but the issue still persists.

Oh and BTW, it did work much better before the upgrade.

Hard to say with limited logs but the stream ends because we run out of buffer to play. It seems like the stream is cutting out on the provider’s end.

Is there any other place I can find the logs needed? Except for kodi.log?

As I mentioned, the stream work fine in GSE on Android, VLC on PC, Smart IPTV on LG TV. Not a single cut off. But every single time on my Veros.

Hi,

You will need to provide full sanitizied, before we can investigate further.

Thanks Tom.

Alright, here we go. I have tried to mask my usernames and password but i cant upload a .txt file? Its 41Mb so I kinda thought it be a bad idea to paste it, can I get it to you in some way without publishing it online?

Ok, I cleaned it. Here it is:

Ive taken out all the user/passes and all the AddOnLog rows. So its only 800K now…

Hi,

As Sam says its like its server side issue, I would contact your IPTV provider and see if anything is blocking playback for kodi/osmc.

Thanks Tom.

Hm ok. That’s weird, I just have to watch the streams on other platforms. Thanks for looking in to it anyway.
