Is Is Possible to Have 2 Resolutions in 1 Video?

Hi. I was playing a demo video and after a few seconds the TV would lose signal and regain it after a few seconds. Always at the same part of the video. Then I notice the video starts at 1080p and then after the TV regains its signal, it would switch to 4K.

Can you take a look at it please and let me know if that’s the case?

If it helps, I’m uploading the file I’m talking about.

And if it also helps, I turned off the “auto adjust refresh rate” and the issue went away.

@grahamh You’re correct. Reverting back to 2019.07-1 fixes the problem  thanks!

Do we know if this bug is on Kodi’s side or OSMC’s side? Should I post this issue on Kodi’s forum instead?

We’re still looking in to this.
