Hello! I just got my new RPi2 a few days ago and after exploring the web for a bit I finally decided I want OSMC. As I said earlier, I am extremely new to RPi. As I didn’t have any other HDMI display device but the main TV. Now, here’s my problem. My main Input is AV3, because I have a Sattelite Top Box (y’know… more channels, an awesome GUI that shows all the channels and the ablity to group channels). The problem is, every time I want to play around with my Pi, I have to ask if anyone is watching the current thing shown on TV, then switch inputs to HDMI1, then go to the RPi, plug in the power cord, take the keyboard and FINNALY use the Pi. Now, what I am looking for is basically a way to stream the AV3 input thru the Pi as a Live TV stream, so when I press X or ESC it will exit the stream and I can use the Pi, without having to switch inputs, but I also want to keep the GUI (if possible, of course ). Also I should say that I have got the 2 purchasable codecs, if this helps… If it’s impossible then move it to the feature requests Category (if possible, again… made this acc yesterday). Thanks!!
Rpi2 has no input for video. Unless you are running some live tv backend I don’t know how you would do this.
