Hello all! I ordered a Vero V on May 27th and as of today (June 4th) the order status still shows “Processing”. Is this wait time fairly normal? I am ordering to the United States. I’ve been lurking around these forums a bit and have seen that orders can sometimes get a little behind so I figured I would ask in here rather than add to his list of support emails possibly increasing the delay. I’m not in a big rush and I know this is a rather small operation but it would be good to know that my order isn’t stuck in Limbo.

That’s expected. Your order (and all others) will be fulfilled no later than Monday morning and you’ll get a USPS tracking number.
You were sent an email about this. If you didn’t receive it, do you mind sending me an email to support@osmc.tv with a link to this thread for reference so I can reply and make sure you’re getting messages properly.
I appreciate you not sending an email but it’s absolutely no bother.

Hi Sam! I received an automated email from support@osmc.tv just after ordering on May 27. It simply said “We’ve received your order and it’s being processed.” If I may be so bold, perhaps have the automated message say something like “It may take up to some number days for the order status to change.” I imagine that in these days of Amazon and Amazon-like services folks are used to getting some kind of feedback. I personally am a bigger fan of direct-from-manufacturer ordering like yours. I’ll gladly wait a bit longer to not support those kinds of empires…

I see why now.. I set the automated email on the 28th. You just missed the cutoff
