could anyone help ive got the vero 4k its stopped working and it just comes up with invalid format im new to this can any one help thanks john

Well without logs or at least a media info log of the files that give you trouble it’s impossible to help you

Can you elaborate a bit. Is the Vero not booting or are you having an issue with playing media? Is this “invalid format” message is coming from the Vero or the TV?
