JumpSMS Not Working?

Hello all.

I had the JumpSMS commands working when I was on Raspbmc, but after following the same process I did from here: http://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Use_SMS-style_text_entry_for_remotes, I’m unable to get the features to work in order to scroll through my movie collection based by letter when clicking on the number keys on my Logitech remote. (Using VRC-1100 receiver)

I tried just making a new keyboard.xml file with the information found on the link above and putting it in the same keymaps folder my custom hama_mce.xml file is located, but it’s been a no go.

Is there a specific method to do this under OSMC?

Sorry to bring this up again, but has anyone gotten this to work? I have also tried adding the JumpSMS commands to the current custom keymap file that I have, but it does not work.
