Try a new SD Card

I didn’t think to say it, because I tried it with an SD card that works and the raspberry also works because my SD with Recalbox works on it. :frowning:

  • i can connect to SSH via my PC on Ubuntu
  • i have reinstall rbp2-mediacenter-osmc, mediacenter-skin-osmc & rbp-userland-osmc
  • I have put my logs
  • I have try to change SD card (cloned)
  • I have check sudo debsums --changed ( debsums 3.0.0 )

First launch :

root@osmc:/var/log# sudo mediacenter
Starting Kodi...
/usr/bin/mediacenter : ligne 142 :  3435 Erreur de segmentation  sudo -u osmc LIRC_SOCKET_PATH=/var/run/lirc/lircd $KODI --standalone -fs
Kodi exited with return code 139 after 0 hours, 0 minutes and 1 seconds

sudo journalctl | paste-log : https://paste.osmc.tv/fufuvivuxe

sudo mount | paste-log : https://paste.osmc.tv/wimojoyiyu

sudo df -h | paste-log : https://paste.osmc.tv/opanadaqus

sudo grab-logs -A : https://paste.osmc.tv/nofiburiko

log of fsck /sb1 and fsck /sb2 : https://paste.osmc.tv/osuzamizil

After i reinstall :

sudo mediacenter
Starting Kodi...
/usr/lib/kodi/kodi.bin: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/libpython2.7.so.1.0: undefined symbol: PyEhc_UserWarning
Kodi exited with return code 127 after 0 hours, 0 minutes and 1 seconds

I am so Lost :open_mouth:

I think what fzinken means is that you should install a fresh copy of OSMC onto a new SD card.

I would try removing from your config.txt…

arm_freq=1160
core_freq=350
sdram_freq=310

I have try with another SD (1st sd don’t work, same for the 2nd, but the 3rd is the good), with Fresh install is good.

I have lost my big database but work.

Edit :

So I took the opportunity to do a big cleanup of my movies and series.

With the update and reinstallation, I gained speed. Kodi is 300% faster, it’s phenomenal.

In my opinion, all the useless addons I had were the cause of the slowdown.

In short, I’m finally happy with this unexpected / providential crash!

I need 3 months to recreate my database, but … :slight_smile:
